Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install your new blade, ensure the chopper is unplugged or the manual handle is locked in the upright position. Carefully align the replacement assembly with the guide rails of your cutter unit and slide it firmly into place until it clicks. For maintenance, rinse the blades immediately after use to prevent vegetable debris from drying on the metal. While stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, hand-washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended to extend the life of the blade edges. Always store the blade assembly in a dry, safe location when not in use to prevent accidental contact with the sharp edges.
