Converse Trainers - White - 7

No, these trainers are made of cotton canvas and are not designed to be water-resistant. We recommend applying a fabric protector spray to help repel light moisture.

It is generally not recommended to machine wash your shoes, as the heat and agitation can weaken the adhesive holding the rubber soles to the canvas.

Spot clean them regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for long periods, which can cause the fabric to yellow.

These trainers are listed in UK adult sizes. Since canvas is a flexible material, they generally run true to size, but we recommend wearing the socks you intend to use with them when measuring.

These are lifestyle trainers designed for casual leisure. They do not provide the stability or impact protection required for high-intensity sports or heavy gym training.

Use a specialized canvas cleaner or a mixture of baking soda and mild detergent with a soft cloth.

Try a double knot or replace with slightly textured cotton laces if the factory laces feel too slick.

Consider adding an aftermarket orthotic insole to improve arch support.
