Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, verify that the shoe fits with approximately a half-inch of space in the toe box. When lacing, use the heel-lock eyelet if you experience any slipping at the back of the foot. For care, avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can degrade the integrity of the foam and adhesives. Instead, clean the exterior using a soft-bristled brush or a cloth with mild soap and cold water. Remove the OrthoLite sockliner occasionally to allow it to air dry separately, which helps prevent odor buildup. Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
