Troubleshooting
Shoes appear too tight
Ensure the child's foot is properly placed inside the shoe, and laces/velcro are adjusted for a comfortable, secure fit without being overly constrictive. Consider if the width is suitable for the child's foot.
Dirt or stains on the surface
Wipe the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Rinse the cloth and wipe again to remove soap residue. Allow to air dry.
Shoe sole becoming detached
For minor detachments, a strong adhesive suitable for footwear may be applied by an adult. If the detachment is significant, professional repair or replacement might be necessary.
