Troubleshooting

Discoloration or white spots on the interior base

This is often caused by mineral deposits from water; clean with a stainless steel cleaner or a solution of vinegar and water.

Food sticking to the base

Ensure the pan is preheated on medium heat before adding oil or food. Avoid overheating the empty pan.

Rainbow-like film on the stainless steel

This is a common reaction to high heat or starches; it can be easily removed with a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar.

Pros and Cons

Durable 18/10 stainless steel construction
Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup
Versatile compatibility with all hob types including induction
Transparent glass lid for visual monitoring

Cons

Small 1.5L capacity may be limiting for large families

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before first use, wash the saucepan in warm soapy water. The Vitality series is compatible with all modern stovetops, including induction.

For daily maintenance, the pot is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with non-abrasive cloths is recommended to maintain the exterior polish. If food residues become stuck, soak the pan in warm water before cleaning. Always allow the pan to cool before rinsing with cold water to prevent thermal shock. When cooking, use heat settings that match the diameter of the pan base to maximize energy efficiency and prevent handle overheating.
