FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

While the knit is durable, it is recommended to clean them by hand with a damp cloth to protect the memory foam and structural integrity of the Slip-ins heel.

Can I use my own orthotic insoles?

The comfort insoles in these shoes are generally fixed; removing them may compromise the fit and comfort intended by the Air-Cooled technology.

Are they true to size?

Yes, they are generally true to size, but the Stretch Fit upper offers some flexibility if your feet tend to swell during the day.

Do I need to break them in?

Most users find them comfortable immediately due to the flexible knit upper and memory foam insole.

Is the heel height comfortable for long walks?

Yes, they feature a low-profile design that is specifically engineered for walking comfort rather than elevation.

Troubleshooting

Heel slipping out while walking

Ensure the shoes are the correct size and verify that the Heel Pillow is not obstructed by thick socks.

Insole feels compressed

Allow the memory foam to recover by resting the shoes for 24 hours between heavy usage periods.

Upper knit shows signs of snagging

Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and use a fabric shaver gently if small pills occur.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely easy to put on and take off
Breathable insole keeps feet comfortable all day
Flexible upper material accommodates different foot shapes
Stylish design suitable for casual and semi-casual settings

Cons

Not intended for strenuous exercise or high-intensity sports
Knit material may require careful cleaning to maintain appearance
Limited arch support compared to heavy-duty orthopedic footwear

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is instantaneous; simply slide your foot into the shoe, and the internal Heel Pillow will guide your foot into place. Regarding compatibility, these shoes are designed to fit true to size for most adult female foot shapes. To care for your shoes, spot clean the engineered knit with a mild detergent and a soft cloth when necessary. Avoid using a high-heat clothes dryer, as this can degrade the memory foam properties and the integrity of the knit fabric. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
