FAQs
Can this hamper be used outdoors?
While it can be used for occasional outdoor picnics, it is not weather-proof. Avoid leaving it outside in damp or rainy conditions.
Is the fabric lining removable?
Yes, the lining is generally designed to be easily removed or adjusted for cleaning.
Will the size be exactly 29 x 22 x 15cm?
As this is a natural handmade product, minor variations in size are expected and considered part of the charm.
Can I wash the wicker with water?
It is best to avoid submerging the basket in water. Use a damp cloth for spots and ensure it is thoroughly air-dried.
What is the weight capacity of the hamper?
It is designed for standard household items like toys or snacks. It is not recommended to store heavy dense items like metal tools or books.
Troubleshooting
Basket seems slightly wobbly on flat surfaces
Natural willow can settle over time; gently shift the base or place a small adhesive felt pad under the corner to level it out.
Lid does not sit perfectly flush
Wicker is a flexible material; gently reshape the lid frame by hand to encourage a tighter fit against the base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No assembly is required for this hamper; simply remove it from the packaging and ensure it is placed on a stable surface. To care for your wicker hamper, wipe it down occasionally with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If the lining requires cleaning, check if it is removable for a gentle hand wash. Avoid placing the basket in high-humidity areas or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the natural willow to become brittle or discolored. Store it away from direct heat sources to maintain the integrity of the faux leather straps.
