These adidas Dropset Control Trainers are designed for adult males focused on building strength and improving stability during weight training. The key benefit is their stable base and supportive design, ideal for lifts. A potential caveat is that their specialized design may be less suited for high-impact cardio activities. Key features include a wide fit, a supportive midsole, a TPU midfoot torsion system, and a breathable mesh upper for comfort.

These trainers are primarily designed for stability during strength training. While they can accommodate short jogs or warm-ups, they are not optimized for long-distance running due to their firm, stable construction.
A wide fit offers more room across the forefoot and midfoot, which is beneficial for stability during lifts. If you often feel pressure or discomfort in standard-width shoes during training, the wide fit may be suitable.
REPETITOR is a midsole technology that provides responsive cushioning and contributes to the shoe's overall stability and support for training activities.
Yes, the Dropset Control Trainer's combination of stability, support for dynamic movements, and traction makes them well-suited for many aspects of CrossFit training.
Use a soft brush or damp cloth to gently clean the textile upper. Avoid soaking the shoes or using harsh detergents.
The TPU midfoot torsion system provides midfoot structure and stability, supporting your foot during dynamic and multi-directional movements without compromising the shoe's overall flexibility.
This specific model is available in Grey. Please check for other color variations within the adidas Dropset Control range.
Ensure laces are not overtightened. If the issue persists, consider if a wider fit option is available or if the shoe needs a break-in period.
Check the outsole for debris and clean if necessary. Ensure the floor surface is clean and dry. Verify laces are securely tied.
The TPU midfoot torsion system is designed to support dynamic movements. Ensure the laces are tied to provide adequate midfoot support. If discomfort persists, the shoe's design may not be optimal for your specific movement patterns.
Ensure the mesh upper is free from dirt and debris. Allow shoes to air out completely between wears.
Setup: These trainers require no assembly. Simply lace them up to your preferred tightness.
