Troubleshooting
Slides feel too tight or loose.
Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. These slides are designed for a slip-on fit, so a snug but not restrictive feel is ideal. If the fit is consistently uncomfortable, consider a different size if available.
Material has a strong odor.
New TPU products can sometimes have a manufacturing smell. Air the slides out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two. The odor should dissipate over time.
Slipping on certain wet surfaces.
While designed with an adherent sole, extremely slick surfaces can still pose a risk. Exercise caution on very smooth, wet floors.
