The Astro Ski Jacket provides good insulation, but for extreme cold, layering with appropriate base and mid-layers is recommended to maximize warmth and comfort.

Use a mild detergent specifically designed for technical outdoor wear if possible. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh chemicals, as they can damage the waterproof and breathable properties of the fabric.

Reapply DWR treatment when you notice water is no longer beading up on the surface of the fabric and is starting to soak in. This typically occurs after several washes or significant wear.

Breathable means the fabric allows moisture vapor (sweat) to escape from the inside of the jacket to the outside, helping to regulate your body temperature and prevent you from feeling clammy during physical activity.
