The On Cloudrunner 3 trainers in black are designed for adult male runners seeking a comfortable and supportive experience for their runs. They offer a balanced cushioning system to absorb impact. A potential consideration is that they are primarily designed for road running and may not offer optimal performance on varied terrain.

The Cloudrunner 3 is ideal for adult runners seeking a comfortable and supportive shoe for daily training and road running. It's suitable for moderate mileage and offers a balanced cushioning experience.
Refer to the sizing guide provided by On or your retailer. It is recommended to measure your foot length and compare it to the size chart. Many runners find it beneficial to have about a thumb's width of space between their longest toe and the end of the shoe.
While they offer comfort for light gym activities, they are primarily designed for running. For dedicated cross-training involving significant lateral movements, shoes with more specific stability features might be more appropriate.
With regular use on roads and proper care, the trainers typically last between 300 to 500 miles. This can vary based on your running style, weight, and the surfaces you run on.
No, the Cloudrunner 3 trainers are not waterproof. They are designed with breathable mesh uppers for ventilation, which means they will allow water to enter if exposed to significant wetness.
The Cloudrunner series generally focuses on providing a more accessible entry point into On's technology, offering balanced cushioning and support suitable for everyday running. Higher-end models often feature more advanced cushioning systems or specialized designs for speed or trail running.
Ensure the shoes are laced correctly and not too tight. Try wearing different types of athletic socks. If the issue persists, the shoe may not be the right fit for your foot shape, and a break-in period might be necessary.
The cushioning may naturally decrease with high mileage. Check for signs of wear on the outsole and midsole. Consider replacing the trainers after approximately 300-500 miles of use, depending on running style and conditions.
While the outsole offers good grip on dry roads, performance on very wet surfaces can vary. Ensure the outsole is clean from debris. For significantly wet conditions, exercise caution and consider slower speeds.
Setup: The On Cloudrunner 3 trainers require no specific setup beyond lacing them to your preferred fit. Ensure the laces are tied securely but not overly tight to allow for foot expansion during runs.
Compatibility: These trainers are primarily designed for road running and general fitness activities. They are compatible with various athletic socks. They are not recommended for technical trail running or sports requiring extreme lateral stability.
