The ASICS GT-2000 15 is a premium stability trainer designed for adult runners who require reliable, adaptive support without sacrificing a plush, responsive feel. By integrating advanced FF BLAST MAX cushioning with the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM, these trainers offer an exceptionally soft landing and energetic toe-off, making them ideal for daily high-mileage training. While the shoe provides excellent comfort and stability, runners who prefer a minimalist or ultra-lightweight racing flat may find the added cushioning and support structures slightly more substantial than their current preference.

Yes, the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM provides the necessary stability to support flat feet and prevent excessive pronation.
While primarily designed for running, the stable base makes them suitable for general fitness activities, though they are not specialized for heavy weightlifting.
Most users find that the shoe fits true to standard UK sizing. The engineered woven upper offers a flexible fit.
The version 15 features an additional 2mm of FF BLAST MAX foam and a refined, softer midsole formulation compared to its predecessor.
No, the trainers feature an engineered woven upper for breathability and are not treated with waterproof materials.
Keep the reflective surfaces free of mud and heavy dirt by wiping them down regularly with a damp cloth.
Try adjusting your lacing technique to a 'window' or 'gap' lacing pattern to relieve tension across the bridge of your foot.
Gently clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can fade the fabric.
This may indicate the FF BLAST MAX midsole has reached its compression limit. Check the total mileage and consider replacing the pair.
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS GT-2000 15 trainers, it is essential to focus on proper maintenance. For daily care, remove the sockliner after runs to allow the shoe to air out in a cool, dry environment. If they become dirty, use a soft brush and mild soap to gently clean the engineered woven upper; do not machine wash or dry, as this can degrade the foam's performance properties. These trainers are compatible with custom orthotics if you have specific medical requirements. Ensure you replace your trainers every 400 to 500 miles to maintain the integrity of the FF BLAST MAX foam and the support capabilities of the 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM.
