Full details
The Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Water Bottle (591ml, Blue) is designed for active individuals who need reliable temperature control for their beverages on the go. Its key benefit is maintaining your drink's ideal temperature for extended periods, whether hot or cold. However, its wide mouth, while great for ice, can sometimes make sipping directly challenging without a compatible lid. This bottle features double-wall vacuum insulation, durable stainless steel construction, and a leak-proof lid for everyday convenience.

FAQs
Is the Hydro Flask bottle truly leak-proof?
Yes, the Flex Sip Lid is designed to be leak-proof when properly secured. Always ensure the lid is tightly fastened before transporting.
Can I put carbonated beverages in this bottle?
While the bottle can hold carbonated beverages, the pressure buildup can make the lid difficult to open and may cause leaks. It is generally recommended for still beverages.
What is the warranty period for Hydro Flask bottles?
Hydro Flask offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, covering issues with materials and workmanship.
How does TempShield™ insulation work?
TempShield™ uses double-wall vacuum insulation. The vacuum layer between the inner and outer walls minimizes heat transfer, keeping drinks hot or cold for extended periods without affecting the exterior temperature.
Can I use this bottle for liquids other than water, coffee, or tea?
Yes, the bottle is designed to maintain the taste of your beverage. However, for liquids like milk or juice, thorough cleaning after each use is highly recommended to prevent spoilage and odors.
What does 'dishwasher safe' mean for this bottle?
It means you can safely place the bottle and its lid in a standard dishwasher. However, hand washing with a bottle brush is often recommended to preserve the exterior finish and insulation integrity over time.
What are the dimensions of the 591ml bottle?
The 591ml (20 oz) Wide Mouth bottle typically measures approximately 7.25 inches in height and 3.5 inches in diameter.
Troubleshooting
Bottle is not keeping drinks cold/hot as expected.
Ensure the lid is tightly secured. Check that the lid seal is clean and undamaged. Pre-heat or pre-chill the bottle with hot or cold water for a few minutes before filling for optimal temperature retention.
Lid is difficult to open or close.
Ensure no liquid is trapped around the threads. Clean the threads on both the bottle and the lid. If the issue persists, check for any damage to the lid mechanism.
Water is leaking from the lid.
Verify that the lid is screwed on straight and fully tightened. Inspect the lid's silicone seal for any damage or debris and clean it. Ensure you are using a compatible Hydro Flask lid.
Bottle has a residual odor.
Wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush. For stubborn odors, try filling the bottle with a mixture of baking soda and water, letting it sit overnight, then rinsing thoroughly.
