Troubleshooting
Duvet cover is difficult to put on
Ensure you have the correct size duvet insert (super king, 260 x 220CM) and that it is not bunched up inside the cover. Lay both flat and evenly distribute the duvet before attempting to insert.
Pillowcases don't fit pillows
Confirm that your pillows are standard super king size (50 x 75CM). If your pillows are non-standard, they may not fit perfectly.
Color fading after washing
While the set is fade-resistant, always wash dark or colored fabrics separately in cold water on a gentle cycle to maximize color retention. Avoid harsh detergents or excessive heat.
Fabric feels stiff
Wash the bedding set once before first use. Using a fabric softener on a low setting during the rinse cycle can also help improve softness.
