The Nike Air Kukini is designed for athletes and casual wearers who prioritize a secure, adaptive fit alongside lasting comfort. Featuring a unique, technical aesthetic, these trainers utilize a signature plastic cage system to lock the foot in place, offering stability during movement. While the neoprene-like material provides an exceptional, sock-like feel that dries quickly, users should note that the specialized fit is best suited for those who prefer a snug, form-fitting silhouette rather than a loose trainer.

While the Air Kukini was designed for competitive sports, it performs best for agility-based training and casual daily wear rather than long-distance running.
Clean the plastic cage with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh solvents that could degrade the material.
The material is designed to be quick-drying but is not classified as waterproof.
The plastic cage system provides midfoot structure which offers a level of arch support, though it is not a medically corrective shoe.
The insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert personal orthotics if needed.
Use a shoehorn to help glide your heel into the back of the trainer without stressing the cage.
Wipe the area gently with a damp microfiber cloth and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated space.
The Air Kukini is designed as a slip-on style trainer that requires no complex setup; however, ensure the heel is fully seated within the cage for maximum support. Because of the synthetic materials, it is recommended to clean these trainers using a soft brush and mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbing brushes on the plastic cage to prevent scratching or discoloration. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to maintain the elasticity and shape of the neoprene-like upper.
