Immediately blot the spill with a clean, unbleached cotton rag. Avoid rubbing. For persistent stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
This can happen if the rug was folded for storage. Try rolling the rug tightly and leaving it for a few days. If creases persist, professional attention may be needed.
Ensure a rug pad is used underneath the rug. Check that the rug pad is the correct size and is flat against the floor.
To set up your Origins Sisal Rug, simply unroll it in your desired location. For optimal longevity and to prevent slippage, it is highly recommended to place a rug pad underneath the rug. This rug is compatible with most standard flooring types. Regular maintenance involves vacuuming the rug regularly to maintain its best appearance. When vacuuming, ensure you move the vacuum in one direction only (not back and forth) using a standard setting. For any spills or stains, immediately blot the affected area with a clean, unbleached cotton rag. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. If storing the rug or moving it, always roll it up; do not fold it, as folding can cause permanent creases and damage the fibers. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning or stubborn stains.
