The Hush Puppies Heidi boots are designed for adults seeking a blend of sophisticated style and all-day comfort during the colder months. Featuring a premium leather construction and memory foam cushioning, they offer a reliable solution for both work and casual wear, though the leather material requires consistent care to maintain its appearance in harsh weather.

While the leather offers some natural resistance to light moisture, they are not classified as fully waterproof and should be treated with a protectant spray for better weather defense.
The Heidi boots feature an integrated memory foam footbed designed for optimal comfort; removing it may affect the fit and support of the boot.
These boots follow standard UK sizing. We recommend checking your measurement against standard shoe sizing charts to ensure the best fit.
Gently spot clean the elastic panels with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water, as this could degrade the elasticity.
The subtle elastic back panels provide extra stretch to accommodate different calf sizes, offering more flexibility than standard rigid leather boots.
Wear the boots for short durations indoors with thicker socks to gradually soften the leather before extended outdoor use.
Use a matching shoe cream or a specialized leather cleaner to buff out minor surface abrasions.
Ensure the memory foam footbed is clean and free of debris; if needed, allow the boots to air out for 24 hours to help the foam regain its shape.
When you first receive your Heidi boots, ensure they fit comfortably with the socks you intend to wear most frequently. Since they are crafted from leather, it is recommended to apply a high-quality leather protector spray before the first outing to guard against moisture and dirt. To clean, wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry cloth; for deeper cleaning, use a dedicated leather conditioner to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to maintain the integrity of the leather and the cushioning foam.
