The JURA 71793 Claris Smart Filter Cartridge is designed specifically for JURA coffee machines featuring the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S). This system uses RFID technology for continuous communication between the filter and the machine, automatically detecting filter insertion, tracking usage, and notifying you when a replacement is needed. This simplifies maintenance and ensures optimal filter performance. The filter is suitable for mains water worldwide and contains modified granules that effectively filter limescale, even in soft water areas. It retains beneficial minerals and fluorides that enhance coffee flavor while reducing contaminants. Regularly replacing the filter prevents the need for machine descaling and guarantees a rich coffee aroma with every cup. Filter replacement frequency depends on usage, but is recommended every two to three months. Replacement cartridges are available individually or in a triple pack. The CLARIS Smart filter cartridge is compatible with the following JURA machines: Z8, Z6, J6, S8, E8, E6, WE6. Please note: The "Jura Smart" range has been updated to the "Jura Smart+" range. The Smart+ filters are identical in size, shape, and function to the Smart filters; only the name has changed. You may receive either the Jura Smart or Smart+ version, both are fully compatible.
