Oral-B iO Series 6 Electric Toothbrush - Black Lava

It is recommended to replace your Oral-B iO Series brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles appear frayed or worn. The interactive display on your toothbrush will also provide a reminder.

The Smart Pressure Sensor uses a color system: red indicates you are brushing too hard, white means you are brushing too softly, and green indicates you are brushing with just the right amount of pressure for optimal cleaning and gum protection.

No, the Oral-B iO Series 6 electric toothbrush is only compatible with Oral-B iO Series replacement brush heads. Other Oral-B brush heads are not designed to fit or function with the iO technology.

After each use, rinse the brush head under running water with the power on. Then, remove the brush head and rinse both the head and the handle separately. Wipe the handle dry with a cloth. Periodically clean the charging base with a damp cloth.

The AI guidance feature recognizes your brushing style and provides real-time feedback, helping you to cover all areas of your mouth evenly and thoroughly. This ensures a more complete clean and helps improve your overall brushing habits over time.

The Oral-B iO Series 6 handle is water-resistant and designed for use in a bathroom environment. However, the charging base should always be kept dry and not submerged in water.

Info needed: [Battery life on a full charge varies based on usage and mode. Consult your product manual for specific duration guidelines, but typically several days of regular use.]

Ensure the charging base is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the toothbrush handle is correctly seated on the charger. If still not charging, try a different outlet or consult the manual for charger specific issues. Ensure contacts are clean.

The sensor detects pressure applied to your teeth and gums. If you're consistently getting a red light, try brushing with less force. If it's always white, you might need to apply a little more pressure. Ensure the brush head is properly attached and not worn out.

Ensure the toothbrush is fully charged. Sometimes a soft reset can help: press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the display restarts. If connected to the app, check the app for any error messages or updates.

Check if it's time to replace your brush head (the display will remind you, or check bristles for wear). Ensure you are using the correct brushing mode for your needs and that you are covering all surfaces as guided by the AI.

Ensure the brush head is aligned correctly with the pin on the handle. Do not force it. It should click into place with moderate pressure. For removal, pull directly off without twisting.
