Yes, the combination of the locking clips and the rubber seal creates an airtight barrier suitable for keeping dry goods fresh.
While they are microwave and dishwasher safe, they are intended primarily for pantry storage. Freezing may make the plastic brittle over time.
It means the plastic manufacturing process did not use Bisphenol A, an industrial chemical, ensuring no harmful substances leach into your food.
This set includes 6 containers, all with a uniform 1100ml capacity.
Yes, the 1100ml size is designed to fit standard shelving, and the stackable nature helps optimize limited vertical space.
Check that the rubber seal is seated correctly in the groove of the lid and that there is no debris preventing a tight fit.
Soak the container in a mixture of baking soda and warm water for 30 minutes before running it through a standard dishwasher cycle.
Ensure all four clips are released fully; avoid prying with sharp tools that could damage the plastic edges.
Setting up your URBN-CHEF system is straightforward: simply wash the containers and lids with warm soapy water before first use. Ensure all components are completely dry before filling them to prevent trapped moisture.
