The ASICS Gel-Kayano 31 in White Bright Cyan is designed for adult male runners seeking a premium blend of stability and plush cushioning. This trainer is ideal for long-distance training or daily road runs where adaptive support is critical for maintaining proper form. While the advanced technology provides exceptional comfort, the shoe may feel slightly heavier than lightweight racing flats, making it better suited for training than high-speed sprinting.

Yes, the 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM provides the necessary structural support for runners with flat feet or those who tend to overpronate.
While they are comfortable, they are designed primarily for stability and cushioning. They are better suited for daily training rather than fast-paced interval sessions.
Clean by hand using lukewarm water and mild soap, then air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Generally, running shoes like the Gel-Kayano 31 should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and gait intensity.
Yes, the sockliner is removable to accommodate most custom orthotic inserts.
Use the extra eyelet at the top of the lacing system to create a 'runner's loop' or heel lock knot.
Rotate between two pairs of running shoes to allow the foam to decompress and recover its shape fully between runs.
To ensure the best experience, verify your fit using a standard UK sizing scale; the Gel-Kayano 31 follows standard athletic sizing. Before your first session, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension, focusing on the midfoot lock. To maintain the trainers, wipe the upper with a soft, damp cloth after runs in muddy conditions. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the FF BLAST PLUS foam and the structural adhesive used in the assembly.
