Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Breaking In: New leather shoes may feel slightly stiff initially. Wear them for short periods around the house to allow the leather to soften and mold to your feet.
- Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid soaking the shoes in water as this can damage the leather finish.
- Storage: Keep your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to fade or crack over time.
- Laces: Ensure laces are kept clean to maintain the crisp look of the trainer. If they become heavily soiled, wash them separately in mild soap and air dry.
- Fit: The lace closure allows for a snug fit. If you prefer more room, use the eyelets closest to the tongue to adjust tension across the bridge of your foot.
