FAQs
Is this ornament a toy for children?
No, the Swarovski Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi Ornament is a decorative object and not intended for play. It is not suitable for children under 15 years old due to its delicate nature and potential for small, breakable parts.
How should I clean my crystal ornament?
To clean, gently wipe the crystal surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth. For tougher marks, you may slightly dampen the cloth with plain water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, chemical sprays, or harsh detergents, as these can damage the crystal's finish or the metal parts.
Can I display the ornament outdoors or in direct sunlight?
It is recommended to display the ornament indoors. Direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight can potentially affect the crystal's clarity or colors over time, and outdoor environments can expose it to harsh elements and dust.
What materials is the Obi-Wan Kenobi ornament made from?
The ornament is primarily crafted from Swarovski crystal with 570 facets. Obi-Wan's lightsaber is made from blue and grey lacquered metal.
Does it come with any warranty?
Info needed: Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information provided with your purchase or on the official Swarovski website for details regarding product warranties.
Is a display stand included with the ornament?
Info needed: The ornament is designed to stand independently. Check the product packaging or description for information regarding included accessories like a separate display stand.
Are there other Star Wars characters available from Swarovski?
Yes, Swarovski offers a range of Star Wars character ornaments. You can often find characters like Chewbacca, Grogu, Boba Fett, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Master Yoda, The Mandalorian, and Luke Skywalker in similar crystal designs.
Troubleshooting
The ornament appears dull or less sparkly.
Gently clean the crystal surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth. Dust and fingerprints can reduce its brilliance. Ensure no harsh cleaning agents are used.
Lightsaber appears slightly bent or misaligned.
The lightsaber is made of lacquered metal and is delicate. Avoid attempting to bend it back, as this could cause damage. Ensure careful handling when moving or cleaning the ornament.
Ornament falls over easily.
Ensure the ornament is placed on a completely flat and stable surface. Avoid placing it near edges or in high-traffic areas where it might be accidentally bumped. Check if the base is fully supported.
Small crystal facets seem loose or have fallen off.
Due to the intricate design, individual facets are carefully affixed. If this occurs, avoid handling the loose piece. Contact Swarovski customer service for potential repair options, as this requires specialized attention.

Care
- Cleaning: To maintain the crystal's brilliance, gently wipe the ornament with a soft, lint-free cloth. For more thorough cleaning, dampen the cloth slightly with plain water and wipe carefully. Avoid using abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or glass cleaners, as these can damage the crystal or the lacquered metal lightsaber.

- Storage: If storing, use the original Swarovski packaging to protect it from dust and accidental damage. Ensure it is stored in a dry, room-temperature environment.
- Safety: This product is a decorative object and not a toy. It contains small, potentially breakable parts and is therefore not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
