FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

It is recommended to hand clean these shoes to maintain the structure and color integrity of the materials.

What should I do if the size is between two measurements?

We recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort and room for growth.

Are these suitable for running?

These trainers are designed for casual, everyday wear rather than intense athletic sports or long-distance running.

How do I ensure I get the correct size?

Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare it to standard sizing charts.

Can these be worn in wet weather?

While durable, the fabric materials are not waterproof and may be difficult to clean if mud is deeply embedded.

Troubleshooting

Trainer feels too tight across the midfoot

Loosen the laces to allow for more volume and ensure the foot is properly centered.

Visible scuffs on the white exterior

Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a gentle soft-bristled brush with soapy water to remove surface marks.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Clean and modern visual design
Versatile color scheme matches most clothing
Lightweight construction for all-day comfort
Suitable for a variety of casual environments

Cons

White surface is prone to showing dirt and stains
Requires frequent maintenance to keep looking new
Limited to casual use rather than high-intensity sports

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best experience, measure the child's foot length from the heel to the tip of the longest toe before ordering. If the measurement falls between two sizes, always opt for the larger size to guarantee a comfortable fit. To keep your X_PLR trainers in top condition, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after outdoor use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, taking care to avoid harsh chemicals that could discolor the white fabric.
