The product description does not state that these shoes are waterproof. They are designed for court sports and feature breathable materials.
Ensure the Arch Fit® insole is properly seated. For a snugger fit, consider using the removable insole or tying the laces tighter, paying attention to the heel lockdown provided by the Heel Pillow®.
Check the Goodyear® Performance Outsole for debris or wear. Clean the outsole with a damp cloth. If significant wear is visible, the outsole may need replacement.
Verify the Arch Fit® insole is correctly placed. If the issue persists, the 'Relaxed Fit®' design might not be ideal for your foot shape, or the shoes may need a brief break-in period.
Ensure the Heel Pillow® is not obstructed. Use the heel tab designed for hands-free entry. If the opening feels tight, try loosening the laces first.
Setup: These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. The adjustable laces allow for a customized fit. Ensure the laces are tied securely before playing to benefit from the intended support.
Compatibility: Designed for pickleball, padel, and tennis courts. The non-marking outsole is suitable for most indoor and outdoor court surfaces. Not recommended for heavy running or trail use.
Care: These shoes are machine washable. It is recommended to wash them on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry them afterward. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, as this can damage the materials and affect the cushioning.
