FAQs
Are these shoes fully waterproof?
The moulded rubber toe and outsole are water-repellent, offering protection from puddles and light rain. However, the canvas upper is not fully waterproof, so they are not intended for prolonged submersion in water.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the sizing chart provided by the retailer. The UGG GoldenGlow Canvas Clog in UK size 9 is designed for adult feet.
Can I wear these in warm weather?
Yes, the breathable canvas upper makes them suitable for warmer weather, providing comfort and ventilation.
How should I clean the inside of the clogs?
The anti-odour sockliner can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. For persistent odour, consider using a foot powder designed for shoes.
What is the main benefit of the adjustable heel strap?
The adjustable heel strap allows you to customize the fit for added security and comfort, preventing slippage during wear.
Are these suitable for hiking or intense outdoor activities?
These clogs are designed for casual, everyday wear and light outdoor use. They are not intended for strenuous activities that require specialized footwear.
Troubleshooting
Clogs feel slightly stiff initially
The canvas may need a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially to allow them to conform to your feet.
Canvas upper appears discolored after light rain
This is normal for canvas. Allow them to dry completely and spot clean if necessary following the care instructions.
Heel strap feels loose
Adjust the webbed heel strap by tightening it for a more secure fit. Ensure the buckle is properly fastened.
