Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Palladium boots last through the season, follow these maintenance tips:
- Initial Fit: Use the lacing system to adjust the boot to the child's foot. Ensure the tongue is centered and not bunched up for maximum comfort.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior leather with a soft, damp cloth after muddy excursions. For tougher stains, use a mild leather cleaner.
- Drying: Avoid placing boots directly against heaters or radiators, as excessive heat can cause leather to crack; instead, air dry them naturally.
- Zipper Maintenance: If the side zipper feels stuck, check for small pebbles or grit. Keep the zipper path clean of debris to ensure smooth operation.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the flexibility of the leather and the integrity of the insulation.
