This pole is designed for use with gliders, so your curtains will need header types that accommodate glider hooks.
Yes, the white coating is designed for standard indoor use and resists peeling if cleaned with a damp, non-abrasive cloth.
While the pole is provided at a set length, it may be trimmed by a professional; however, this may affect the integrity of the integrated glide track.
It is designed for standard-weight household curtains; avoid using heavy blackout velvet drapes which may exceed the glider capacity.
No, this specific kit includes 60mm wall brackets and is not designed for ceiling-mounted applications.
Check the internal track for dust or debris; ensure the curtains are not over-weighted for the track capacity.
Ensure the bracket base is screwed firmly into the wall; the cover should snap into place once the bracket assembly is flush.
Installation requires a drill, level, and pencil to ensure the 60mm wall brackets are perfectly aligned. Before mounting, ensure your wall surface is solid, such as brick or timber stud, to support the pole's weight and the leverage of heavy drapes. To maintain the gliding performance, avoid applying lubricants to the track; if the movement slows, use a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any dust or debris from the internal channel. When attaching curtains, ensure your curtain headers are compatible with the integrated gliders to prevent uneven pulling.
