The Leucanthemum Super Silberprinzesschen is an ideal choice for gardeners seeking reliable summer color, specifically those looking for compact perennials that thrive in containers or garden borders. Yes, their compact habit makes them excellent candidates for containers on patios, balconies, or decking.
Yes, perform a quick tidy-up by cutting back the foliage once the growing season concludes.
Yes, the open-faced flowers are attractive to both butterflies and bees.
Ensure the plant is receiving at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily and continue to remove spent blooms.
Check soil moisture levels; the plant may need more frequent watering, especially if kept in a pot during hot weather.
When your plants arrive, remove them from the packaging and ensure they are well-watered before transplanting into your chosen containers or prepared soil. They prefer a sunny spot with well-drained soil to thrive. Once established, keep the soil consistently moist but avoid waterlogging. Care is straightforward: remove spent blooms throughout the summer to encourage new buds, and perform a final cleanup by pruning back the foliage in late autumn once the plants have finished their growth cycle.
