Setup
- Plug and Play: Simply connect the USB-C connector (or USB-A via the adapter) to your computer. The headset should automatically install any necessary drivers.
- Select Audio Device: In your computer's sound settings, select the Poly Blackwire 3220 as your default audio input and output device.
- Test the Microphone: Make a test call or record a voice memo to ensure the microphone is working correctly.
Compatibility
The Poly Blackwire 3220 is compatible with:
- Windows 10 and macOS.
- Most major unified communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral.
- Devices with a USB-C or USB-A port.
Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the ear cushions and headband. Do not use harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
- Storage: Store the headset in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Cable Care: Avoid pulling or yanking the cable. Handle the inline controls carefully to prevent damage.
