The Trespass Shayla Padded Jacket is designed for adult women who enjoy outdoor activities like walking and hiking and need reliable cold-weather protection. Its primary benefit is the combination of thermal insulation and weatherproofing, ensuring warmth and dryness in unpredictable conditions, though users should note it is rated for moderate 2000mm water resistance rather than heavy storm conditions.

The jacket is waterproof up to 2000mm, which is suitable for moderate rain but not intended for extreme storm conditions.
The Shayla jacket typically features a protective design; please check your specific model tag to confirm if the hood is detachable or fixed.
While it provides warmth and wind protection, it is designed primarily for hiking and casual outdoor wear rather than technical snow sports.
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle using a mild detergent and hang to dry.
It allows you to open the jacket from both the top and the bottom, which is helpful for ventilation or when you need more leg room while walking or sitting.
The 2000mm waterproof rating may be overwhelmed in heavy rain. If saturation occurs, air dry the jacket away from radiators and consider re-applying a water-repellent spray treatment.
Check that no loose threads or internal lining fabric are caught in the teeth. Clear any debris and gently work the slider up and down.
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, always follow the garment's internal care label. Generally, this polyester-based garment should be washed on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can strip the waterproof coating. After washing, ensure the jacket is thoroughly dried, ideally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, to maintain the even distribution of the padding. When storing, hang the jacket on a sturdy hanger rather than folding it tightly to prevent the insulation from becoming compressed over time.
