Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This watch arrives ready to wear. Ensure the crown is pushed in fully to maintain water resistance. If the watch has stopped, it may require a battery replacement or simply winding if it's a hand-wound quartz (though most quartz movements are battery-powered).
Compatibility: As a standalone timepiece, compatibility is not a technical concern. It is designed to be worn on the wrist.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the dial, use a soft brush to remove dust.
- Water Resistance: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or steam. After exposure to saltwater, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
- Strap/Bracelet: If the bracelet becomes loose, consult a professional jeweler for adjustment. Do not attempt to force the clasp.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box to protect from scratches.
