The Nike React Pegasus Trail 4 is designed for active adults who demand a versatile trainer capable of transitioning seamlessly from pavement to light trail terrain. By combining responsive React foam with a durable, high-traction outsole, it delivers a smooth and stable ride for varied running environments. While it excels in comfort and versatility, runners looking for deep-lugged technical mountain footwear may find the outsole grip slightly limited on extremely muddy or loose, steep surfaces.

Yes, the React Pegasus Trail 4 is designed specifically to perform well on roads while maintaining capability on light trails.
This standard version is designed for breathability. If you require waterproofing, you should look for the GTX (Gore-Tex) variants of this series.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt, or wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
It is optimized for light trails; it may lack the aggressive lug depth required for very technical, steep, or muddy terrain.
Most runners find the React foam comfortable out of the box, though a few short walks or light runs are recommended before attempting a long distance.
Stuff the shoes with newspaper or paper towels to absorb moisture and allow them to air-dry naturally at room temperature.
Ensure the laces are tightened properly through the midfoot system to lock the heel and arch in place.
Feet naturally swell during exercise; consider loosening the lacing in the forefoot area before your next run.
Remove the insoles after your run and shake out any small rocks or debris trapped inside the shoe.
For optimal performance, ensure you have the correct size; this variant is a UK 7.5 designed for an adult female fit. To maintain the life of your trainers, avoid machine washing or drying. Clean the shoes by removing loose dirt with a soft brush after your runs. If the shoes become muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Always air-dry your shoes in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the foam or damage the glue bonds.
