Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 - White/Mutant - UK 10.5

The Endorphin Pro 4 is primarily engineered for racedays and fast-paced training sessions where maximizing speed and efficiency is the goal. While it can be used for some daily movement, its specialized design and carbon plate mean it's not typically recommended as a primary daily trainer for all mileage.

The Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 features an 8mm heel-to-toe drop, designed to complement its SPEEDROLL technology for efficient forward momentum.

To clean your shoes, gently hand wash them with mild soap and cold water. Use a soft brush or cloth for the upper. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents. Always air dry your shoes away from direct heat or sunlight.

The full-length carbon fiber plate in the Endorphin Pro 4 enhances longitudinal stiffness, which helps to reduce energy loss at toe-off. This results in a more efficient and powerful propulsion forward, helping you maintain speed with less effort.

SPEEDROLL Technology is Saucony's 'always forward' geometry that works to create a lively, propulsive ride. It positions your foot optimally, encouraging a smooth and faster transition from landing to toe-off, helping you to run more efficiently.

Each Saucony Endorphin Pro 4 shoe weighs approximately 212 grams (based on a UK 10.5 Men's size), contributing to its incredibly light and fast feel on your feet.

The Endorphin Pro 4 is best suited for competitive runners, athletes, and anyone focused on achieving personal bests in races or during fast-paced training. It's ideal for those who prefer a responsive, propulsive ride and benefit from a carbon-plated shoe.

While designed to be snappy, allow for a short break-in period (2-3 runs). Ensure your lacing is not too tight and provides an even pressure distribution. If discomfort persists, double-check your sizing.

Ensure your running form is conducive to engaging the rocker geometry. Try to land with your foot closer to your body's center of gravity. The technology works best with a forward-leaning posture and quicker cadence.

The knit and mesh upper is designed for breathability. Ensure you are wearing appropriate running socks made of moisture-wicking material. If sizing is too small, it can also restrict airflow; confirm you have enough toe room.

While the durable outsole provides good traction, no shoe offers perfect grip on all wet surfaces. Always adjust your stride and pace in rainy or slippery conditions. Ensure the outsole tread is clear of debris.
