No, it is recommended to spot clean the faux leather surface to preserve the material's finish.
It means the garment is designed to follow the natural lines of the body without being overly loose or tightly form-fitting, allowing room for a light base layer.
The faux leather material offers some resistance to light moisture, but it is not a waterproof raincoat and should be dried naturally if it gets wet.
Faux leather typically has minimal stretch, which is why the regular fit is designed to accommodate movement without requiring elastic fibers.
Always hang the jacket on a shaped hanger rather than folding it to prevent permanent creases in the faux leather.
Gently check the thread tension; if the button remains stiff, ensure the buttonhole is free of any lint or loose threads.
Use a specialized synthetic leather conditioner or a clean, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surface and restore the original sheen.
This garment arrives ready to wear and does not require any assembly. To ensure the longevity of the faux leather material, avoid washing it in a standard machine. Instead, spot clean any spills with a damp, soft cloth and mild soap. Hang the garment on a sturdy, padded hanger to prevent creasing at the shoulders. Keep the shacket away from direct, high-heat sources like radiators, as extreme heat can cause synthetic leathers to crack or lose their texture. Ensure the buttons are fully fastened before storage to help the jacket maintain its shape in your closet.
