Are these trainers suitable for running?
These trainers are best suited for light activities and everyday wear. For high-impact running, shoes specifically designed for running with advanced cushioning and stability features are recommended.
Can I wash these trainers in the washing machine?
Yes, they are machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Always air dry them afterwards and avoid using bleach or high heat.
What is the Heel Pillow®?
The Heel Pillow® is a proprietary Skechers technology designed to cradle the heel, providing a secure, comfortable, and stable fit within the shoe.
Are these trainers vegan?
Yes, the Skechers BOBS Sport Squad Chaos - Ombre Paradise trainers are made using vegan materials.
What is the heel height?
The heel height is approximately 1 1/4 inches.
Do the laces adjust?
No, the trainers feature fixed stretch laces designed for a slip-on fit and do not require tying or adjustment.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or too loose
While the fit is standard, ensure you have selected the correct size. The knit upper offers some flexibility, but customization of lace tightness is not possible due to fixed stretch laces.
Difficulty slipping foot in initially
Ensure the Heel Pillow area is not obstructed. Gently guide your foot into the shoe. The design is intended for hands-free entry, but initial use may require a slight adjustment.
Soles feel slippery on certain surfaces
The flexible traction outsole is designed for general use. For extremely wet or smooth surfaces, caution may be advised. Ensure the outsole is free of debris.
Mesh upper appears dirty after washing
Ensure you are using a gentle cycle with cold water and appropriate detergent. Always air dry. Stubborn stains may require spot cleaning with a damp cloth before washing.
