Troubleshooting
Shoes appear too tight
Ensure the correct size has been selected. Leather can sometimes feel snug initially but will often stretch slightly with wear. Ensure the laces or fastenings are adjusted properly for comfort.
Colour fading or scuffing
Wipe the shoes with a damp cloth regularly. For minor scuffs, a leather conditioner or colour-specific shoe polish may help restore the finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Difficulty putting shoes on a child
Loosen the fastenings completely before attempting to put the shoe on. Ensure the child's foot is positioned correctly within the shoe.
