What kind of bread can I toast?

What are the special settings for?

The defrost setting is for frozen bread, the reheat setting is for warming toast, and the bagel setting toasts one side more than the other.

What is the warranty?

Why is my toast not popping up?

Is the exterior of the toaster safe to touch?

The sides are cool-touch, but the top might get warm during operation. Always handle with care.

Troubleshooting

Toaster doesn't turn on.

Check the power outlet and ensure the toaster is plugged in securely. Check the fuse or circuit breaker.

Toast is burning or not toasting evenly.

Adjust the browning control to a lower setting. Clean the crumb tray to prevent burning. Ensure the bread is evenly placed in the slots.

Toaster gets stuck.

Unplug the toaster and gently remove the bread. Do not use metal objects. Ensure there are no obstructions in the slots.

Crumb tray is difficult to remove.

Make sure the toaster is cool, and pull the crumb tray straight out. If it is stuck, try gently wiggling it.
