No, this is a neutral trainer designed for runners who do not require extra arch support or correction for overpronation.
It is recommended to replace them every 300 to 500 miles, depending on the intensity of your training and your running surface.

Try using a runner's loop lacing technique to loosen the tension in the midfoot while maintaining a secure heel lock.
Ensure the heel is fully seated in the back of the shoe and use the final eyelet to create a tighter lock.
Allow the shoe a 20-30 mile break-in period; the materials are designed to soften and adapt to your foot strike over time.
To ensure the best fit, verify your UK sizing as these trainers are built with a performance-first design that may feel snugger than casual sneakers. For maintenance, avoid machine washing; instead, wipe the upper with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Remove the sockliner to air dry if the shoes become wet from rain or sweat to prevent odor. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the foam and adhesives.
