No, the LucidSound LS10X Gen 2 is a wired headset that connects via a 3.5mm audio cable.
While officially licensed for Xbox, the headset's 3.5mm connection should allow it to work with PlayStation consoles and controllers that feature a standard headset jack, though advanced features may not be supported.
Simply flip the integrated boom microphone upwards. It will automatically mute. Flip it back down to unmute.
The swivel earcups allow the headset to lie flat for easier storage or to rest comfortably around your neck when not actively gaming.
Yes, the headset supports Windows Sonic for spatial sound on compatible Xbox and Windows devices, enhancing your audio experience.
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the earcups and headband. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Typically, the box includes the headset and a detachable microphone (if applicable for the specific model, though this model has an integrated mic) and potentially a Y-splitter cable for PC use. Please refer to the product packaging for exact contents.
Ensure the 3.5mm cable is securely connected to both the headset and the device. Check that the headset volume is turned up using the on-earcup dial and that the audio output is set to the headset on your console or PC.
Verify that the boom microphone is not flipped up to the mute position. Check the audio settings on your console or PC to ensure the microphone input is selected and not muted. Ensure the microphone is properly seated in its port if detachable.
Check the audio source for quality. Ensure the headset cable is not damaged. Try connecting to a different device to rule out an issue with the original source. Adjust volume levels on both the headset and the source device.
Adjust the headband for a comfortable fit. Ensure the earcups are positioned correctly. Take regular breaks during extended gaming periods.
