Can I put this jacket in the dryer?

No, it is recommended to air dry the jacket to avoid damaging the polyester material or the corduroy lining.

Is the hood removable?

No, the hood is a fixed feature integrated into the design of the jacket.

What is the primary material?

The jacket is constructed from high-quality polyester, chosen for its lightweight and weather-resistant properties.

Does the corduroy lining extend beyond the neck?

Troubleshooting

Stubborn surface dirt

Spot clean with a soft, damp cloth before opting for a full machine wash cycle.

Zip feels stiff or sticks

Ensure no fabric is caught in the track; rub a small amount of paraffin wax or a pencil lead along the teeth to lubricate.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your Barbour Connie looking its best, follow these care instructions:

Cleaning: This garment is machine washable at 30 degrees. Always use a gentle cycle.
Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the synthetic fabric.
Ironing: If needed, use a cool iron on the reverse side. Avoid ironing over the corduroy sections directly.
Storage: Hang the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent deep creasing of the fabric.
