The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 is a high-performance trainer designed for neutral runners who prioritize speed and responsiveness during their daily training or tempo workouts. Featuring advanced PWRRUN PB cushioning and a redesigned propulsion plate, this shoe excels at delivering a smooth, snappy ride for fast-paced efforts, though its performance-focused geometry may feel less stable for those requiring significant overpronation support.

Yes, many runners use the Speed 5 for long-distance training thanks to its responsive cushioning, though it is primarily designed as a speed-focused trainer.
The Endorphin Speed 5 maintains a standard athletic fit; we recommend selecting your usual running shoe size.
These shoes are designed primarily for road and track surfaces. Using them on rugged trails may damage the midsole foam and outsole.
It is a stylistic choice inspired by nostalgic Japanese coffee and teahouses, featuring custom floral teacup prints and a distinct color palette.
Performance trainers typically offer optimal support and energy return for approximately 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Ensure the shoe is correctly laced to lock the midfoot; if instability persists, consider a custom orthotic insert suited for neutral running shoes.
Creasing is a normal characteristic of performance nylon uppers; ensure the shoe is stored with a shoe tree or stuffed with paper to help maintain the structure.
To ensure the longevity of your Endorphin Speed 5 trainers, proper care is essential. Since the shoe is built with advanced cushioning foams, it is recommended to rotate them with other pairs to allow the midsole to recover between intense sessions. For cleaning, remove surface dirt using a soft-bristle brush and a mild soap solution; avoid soaking the shoe in water or using harsh detergents. Always air dry your trainers at room temperature, keeping them away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can cause the nylon materials and adhesive to degrade prematurely.
