Troubleshooting
Tight fit upon first wear
Wear the shoes around the house for short periods to allow them to break in. Adjust the lacing to loosen the fit in specific areas.
Discoloration or scuff marks
Gently clean the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher scuffs on leather, a specialized leather cleaner might be needed.
Slight squeaking sound
This can sometimes occur with new shoes. Try inserting a powder insert or talc inside the shoe. Ensure the insoles are properly seated.
