The Defender trainers are best suited for casual wear, everyday activities, walking, and light recreational use. They are not designed for high-impact sports or extreme conditions.

The trainers feature adjustable laces which allow you to customize the fit. We recommend trying them on and adjusting the laces to find a secure yet comfortable fit, ensuring there is no pinching or excessive looseness.

The trainers are made from textile and synthetic materials. While they can handle light moisture, they are not waterproof and may not be suitable for heavy rain or wet conditions. Ensure they are dried properly if they get wet.

The sole is made from lightweight EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate), which provides good cushioning and shock absorption.

These trainers are designed with a Standard (STD) fitting. If you have particularly wide feet, they may not offer the most comfortable fit. It is advisable to try them on first if possible.

Gently wipe the upper with a damp cloth. For tougher marks on synthetic parts, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by a thorough wipe with a clean, damp cloth.

Ensure the laces are of good quality and consider using a double knot. If the laces are worn, they may need to be replaced.

Check if the lacing is too tight or too loose. Ensure you have selected the correct size and consider the possibility that the standard fitting may not be ideal for your foot shape.

EVA soles are designed for cushioning and lightness. Assess the nature of your activities; for very rough terrain or high-impact sports, these trainers may not be suitable, leading to premature wear.
