The knives are finished in contemporary black with contrasting copper effect bolster and have an antibacterial ceramic coating. The set includes: Flat Cheese Knife, Soft Cheese Knife, Hard Cheese Knife and a Parmesan Knife. The ergonomic handles have a soft-grip finish offering extra control and comfort. The cheese knives are dishwasher safe (though hand washing is recommended) and come with a Taylor's Eye Witness 2 year guarantee. Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. All knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD). The carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver. This 4-piece knife set and natural slate board includes a soft flat knife, a Parmesan knife, a soft knife and a hard knife. Each knife has antibacterial hard ceramic coated blades with an attractive copper-plated support. The soft grip handles provide additional comfort and support for additional cutting and cutting control. The stylish slate board is selected and cut by hand, so that each board is unique. Use the hard knife for cutting semi-hard or semi-soft cheeses or for distributing soft cheeses such as brie on crackers and bread. The soft knife has holes in the blade to prevent the knife from sticking, which allows precise cutting. The traditional Italian Parmesan knife in Italian style is used to break small pieces. Use the flat knife to cut crumbly soft cheeses such as Cheddar, Stilton, Wensleydale, Camembert, Manchego, Emmental, Roquefort, Caerphilly or your personal favourite. Dishwasher safe: remove residue by pointing down in the top rack with the cutting edge. It is recommended to wash the slate board by hand.
