Check for any debris around the threads. Ensure the lid is aligned correctly before twisting. If the issue persists, gently clean the threads of both the lid and the bottle with warm water.

Clean the bottle thoroughly using a solution of warm water and baking soda, or warm water and white vinegar. Let it sit for a few hours, then rinse completely. Ensure the bottle is dried thoroughly after cleaning.

Confirm the lid is fully tightened. Check the silicone seal on the inside of the lid for any damage or debris. If the seal is damaged, contact customer support.
