FAQs
Are these shoes good for running?
These trainers are designed for casual wear and light athletic activities. They offer comfort and cushioning but may not provide the necessary support and stability for high-impact running.
How do the Hands Free Slip-ins® work?
The unique heel design allows you to slide your foot in without bending down or using your hands. The heel cup provides support and keeps the shoe on your foot securely.
Can I wash these in the washing machine?
Yes, these trainers are machine washable. It is recommended to use cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and air dry them afterward.
What is the Skechers Memory Foam™ insole?
It's a comfort technology designed to mold to your foot shape, providing personalized cushioning and pressure relief for enhanced comfort throughout the day.
Do these shoes come in other colors?
Yes, the BOBS Sport™ Squad 4 - Dire Step series is available in a variety of colors, including black and pink, in addition to this off-white option.
What does the BOBS® commitment mean?
BOBS from Skechers® partners with animal welfare organizations. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of BOBS products helps to fund shelters and save the lives of animals in need.
How durable are these trainers for everyday use?
For everyday casual wear and light activities, they offer good durability. For very demanding or frequent outdoor use, their longevity may vary depending on the conditions.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or loose.
While there are no adjustable laces, the Stretch Fit® upper offers some flexibility. For minor tightness, wear them around the house. For significant fit issues, consider exchanging for a different size if possible, as the fixed laces limit adjustability.
Difficulty slipping foot in initially.
Ensure your heel is pushed back fully. The Heel Pillow® is designed to cradle your heel, which might require a slight adjustment period. Avoid forcing your foot.
Stains or dirt on the upper.
Follow the machine washable care instructions using cold water and mild detergent. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and air dry.
Sole feels less cushioned over time.
The Skechers Memory Foam™ insole may compress over time. For enhanced cushioning, consider purchasing separate insoles designed for athletic shoes.
