FAQs
Are these gloves suitable for winter running?
These gloves are designed for lightweight comfort and visibility. While they offer some protection, they may not provide adequate warmth for very cold winter conditions. For extreme cold, consider a more insulated glove.
How do I determine my size?
The gloves are available in S, M, L, and XL. It is recommended to measure the circumference of your hand and compare it to a sizing chart if available, or try them on to ensure a snug but comfortable fit.
Can I wash these gloves in a washing machine?
It is recommended to hand wash the gloves in cold water with a mild detergent to preserve the material and reflective properties. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying.
How effective are the reflective elements?
The reflective elements on the backhand and logo are designed to reflect light from external sources, significantly increasing your visibility to others in low-light conditions. They are not luminous and do not glow in the dark.
Will the touchscreen compatibility wear out?
Like most touchscreen-compatible gloves, the sensitivity can diminish over time with heavy use or improper care. Gentle washing and avoiding excessive friction can help prolong their effectiveness.
What is the purpose of the brushed fabric on the thumb?
The brushed fabric on the thumb is designed to absorb and wipe away moisture, such as sweat from your forehead or nose, helping to keep you comfortable during your run.
What is the benefit of the glove clip?
The glove clip is a small accessory that attaches the two gloves together. This prevents them from getting separated during storage, travel, or when not being worn, making them easier to keep track of.
Troubleshooting
Touchscreen not responding
Ensure the touchscreen tips are clean and dry. Make sure you are pressing firmly enough on the screen. The sensitivity can vary between devices.
Gloves feel too tight
The stretch-fit design is meant to be snug. If they feel excessively tight, try a larger size. Ensure your hands are not swollen from heat.
Reflective elements not visible
Reflective elements require an external light source (e.g., headlights, streetlights) to be visible. They do not glow in the dark on their own.
Moisture not being wicked effectively
Ensure the brushed thumb area is clean. Excessive sweat or external moisture can saturate the fabric; allow gloves to dry completely between uses.
