FAQs
Is the light bulb included?
No, the Nora 2 Tier Scallop Ceiling Lamp Shade is a decorative shade only; bulbs and pendant cables must be purchased separately.
Can I use this with any ceiling light?
It is designed for standard pendant ceiling cable sets with E27 or E14 fittings.
How do I switch between E27 and E14?
The shade comes with a reducer ring. Simply insert the ring into the central aperture to shrink the fitting from 4cm (E27) to 3cm (E14).
Is the fabric washable?
No, the material should not be submerged in water. Use a dry, soft cloth to remove dust periodically.
What is the primary material?
The shade is crafted with a structured finish intended to provide a soft, ambient glow while maintaining its scalloped shape.
Troubleshooting
Shade appears tilted or uneven
Ensure the lamp holder is centered within the shade's fitting ring and that the pendant cable is not tangled above the gallery.
Fitting is too loose on the lamp holder
Verify that you are using the correct reducer ring and that the retaining ring on your lamp holder is fully tightened.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward as this is an 'easy-fit' product. Simply unscrew your existing pendant light's retaining ring, slide the Nora shade onto the lamp holder, and screw the retaining ring back into place. To accommodate different bulb holders, use the provided reducer ring if your fixture has a 3cm diameter. For maintenance, gently dust the surface using a soft microfiber cloth or a feather duster. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or water, as these may alter the texture or color of the shade.
