Yes, they feature a volume limiter set to 85 dB to help protect children's hearing during normal use.
It takes approximately 120 minutes to achieve a full charge using the included Micro-USB cable.
Yes, the package includes five different sizes of silicone eartips to ensure a comfortable fit.
No. While they are IPX5 sweat- and water-resistant, they are not designed to be submerged in water or used for swimming.
The charging case holds an additional 20 hours of charge, providing a total of 28 hours of playtime before needing a wall outlet.
Ensure the earbuds are charged and within range. Place them back in the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, and reopen to restart the pairing process.
Place both earbuds back into the charging case, wait for the lights to indicate charging, and then remove them both simultaneously to re-sync.
Check to make sure your fingers are clean and dry, as moisture can interfere with the sensitivity of the touch sensors.
To begin using your SoundForm Nano 2, first ensure the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged using the provided Micro-USB cable. When you open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode; navigate to the Bluetooth settings on your child's device and select 'SoundForm Nano 2' to complete the connection. For optimal hygiene, wipe the silicone eartips with a soft, dry cloth or an alcohol-free sanitizing wipe periodically. Since the eartips are antimicrobial, they are resistant to bacteria buildup, but they should still be replaced or cleaned if they become visibly dirty or loose. Ensure the charging case is kept dry and avoid submerging the case in water, as only the earbuds themselves feature the IPX5 rating.
